What is the earliest I can Check-in?
Standard check-in time is 2pm.
Can I arrive late?
Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 9pm.
Do you have undercover parking?
No but we do provide parking in front of rooms plus extra parking at rear.
Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms at Augusta Courtyard Motel are non-smoking.
Do you have a restaurant?
No, but there is a hotel across the road with a bistro that does lovely meals.
Do you have room service?
No, we don't provide it.
Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
Yes, free wi-fi is available to our guests.
Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
Yes, we have a sheltered BBQ area at the rear of the motel.
How close are you to the shops?
Directly across the road is a supermarket, chemist, newsagent and snack bar, we have a chicken shop next door and a pub at the corner. A cinema is 5 minutes drive down the road, and the CBD with Big w, Coles, Woolworths, Kmart are only a 5 minute drive away also.
How close are you to restaurants?
The Hut Takeaway is right next door and have delicious chicken, pizza and pasta, Ian’s Western Hotel is across the road from us and do fantastic food. Past that is the Augusta hotel. In the CBD there is a Cafe’ Primo, the Hannahville hotel, and the Flinders hotel. Port Augusta also has fast food outlets including McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Chinese and Indian.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
How do I guarantee by booking?
Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $150 cash bond.
